As mentioned in #169, contacts from disabled address books were showed on the map and suggested when placing contacts. Address book state is now verified from the database.

As my images still didn't show up after a couple of days I've tried the OCC command to scan images and tracks and they find some images for the users....

Entering a GPS coordinate in the search box no longer works

prior to v0.2.0 I could enter GPS coordinates in the search box and be able to zoom to that point. eg "44.103629,-71.352803". It doesn't seem to work any longer.
