why you don't update version.json "prebuilt_libs_version":"v3-deps-4", when download_deps.py check version it read this value and try to download deps every time(it useful for CI server)

Hello i try to add audio track to file with only video track but after file saved, video track does not play i have tried load and save files and...

Custom languages don't load from bundle if they are not listed in main bundle. This code try to show native language even if it not supported by main bundle.
