是否可在 CI/CD 流程中接入 s registry publish 发布

背景： 希望在 Gitlab 的 CI/CD 流程中接入 Serverless Devs 组件的自动发布功能，但是由于目前 s registry publish 需要组件 owner 的 Github Token，该 Token 不便于暴露给其它人共用，且 Token 存在过期的逻辑 预期： 想了解是否有推荐的 CI/CD 发布流程，亦或是否可以使用账号密码的形式来管理 Serverless Devs 组件？或者使用组织的形式来管理组件权限
