I agree with @jimdigriz, the webRequest.RequestFilter will return a match for all blacklisted sites. That is the right time to check for matches against a whiteList before blocking the request.

Such a tutorial would be great. I sometimes take hundreds of pictures with a car rooftop mount so creating a pto for this purpose would be worthwhile.

Could a ramdisk for the temporary files provide a substantial benefit?

Have you tried "nona -g" to perform the image remapping on the GPU?

What about multiblend? It's a "_faster drop-in replacement for enblend_" (that lacks some features). It doesn't seem to optimize seams. I guess we need that feature, right?

I thought i had a same issue but I didn't use the tab "send offline", I tried to use "send ether & tokens" instead while offline (which didn't work).
