Middle button not working for me

Open tbognar76 opened this issue 8 years ago • 7 comments

All buttons & the rumble functional, but the middle "mi" button press is not detectable. (just a long press what turns the controller off) I'm using windows 8.1 with Toshiba Bluetooth Stack v9.10.32

This was fixed here: https://github.com/irungentoo/Xiaomi_gamepad/commit/9458d0b4352c918bef129428e1374c832a270449

If your mi.exe is older than that download the newer version.

Rechecked. I'm using the latest release and the the "mi" button is silent :( I have 2 controllers, and the issue with the "mi" button is the same both of them.

What are you using to test it?

cmd -> joy.cpl -> Controller (XBOX 360 For Windows) -> Properties -> Test or I have found this little tester : http://gamejolt.com/games/xbox-360-controller-test/14793

The button is a bit special, the controller only sends that it was pressed when you release it.

Ok, it seems like my problem solved. After I installed the the 64bit windows 7 driver on my 8.1. Using a link what you attached: https://www.microsoft.com/accessories/en-us/products/gaming/xbox-360-controller-for-windows/52a-00004 Strange, but after a restart it started to behave good.. Thanks for this tools & your help !
