Maybe we should use `/usr/bin/ruby` for all the scripts? The system ruby is more stable and boring.

Some packages aren't installing anymore when Git has transfer.fsckObjects set to true

For example, on a fresh install, I'm not able to pull down ack.vim and ag.vim. Not sure why.
