Change from pymodbus.client to pymodbusTCP.client

This PR changes the modbus implementation from pymodbus.client to pymodbusTCP.client which introduces auto open and close. This appears to fix the issues around fast data refresh as described in https://github.com/binsentsu/home-assistant-solaredge-modbus/issues/37....

I am trying to see if I can set my storedge/solaredge battery charge/discharge profiles through semonitor. This can be done manually by taking the front cover off of the inverter...
