There are no builds or releases, so I don't have a good idea of where to start to try this.

I have a Jolla phone and a desire to see this become a reality

Could it be possible to port the Ubuntu Touch application for it?

Restarting the app still shows a blank UI.

I'd killed the daemon.py PID, but there was one for root, and one for "default+"...

That did not fix the issue unfortunately, I know I encountered the error after changing the icons for aliendalvik and my Arch Linux container...

Also, /home/defaultuser/.local/share/lxc is not present...

I suspect this is a deeper issue.
