Allow custom labels on columns

Currently you can set up custom filter views but not name them, which makes it hard to tell what's what.

I can add custom searches using the issue search text, e.g. "label:whatever assignee:neonascent", but I can't see these all in the little width of column.

5v jumper label appears incorrect

It looks like the "5v" label is across the wrong pins for the PCB design.
