You are right! I would love to know what is causing thing internally in TamperMonkey so I can fill a bug report to its developer.

I was about to suggest the same thing, I wish if some of the Dev make us an Alternative to SnipDo that is based on PowerToys and that support add-ons...

Here, just look at the setting before asking such questions, that's straightforward to find, just change that to another key or to none. 

Also make the title representative of your issue, like “How I can turn off TTS” instead of “Help me”

it would be great to have the option to show the icons only on top as a toolbar (one less click)

Hi, You mean you've implanted this "maybe a better option to present the translated text, is to have it on top or behind the original and on mouse hover it...

TTS works without having anything selected, just by pointing and using the trigger key if you've set one, it will read the whole sentence (or paragraph), it is not meant...

it would be better also to use Edge TTS
