I noticed a handful wikis which get stuck repeatedly while downloading files. Two had a `swf` extension and one a `jar` extension. We have to test if something weird happens...

When 7z fails for lack of memory, launcher.py continues and creates a wikidump.7z file without any XML! According to man 7z, the memory error is status code 8. We should...

launcher.py should provide a more helpful message if the 7z command cannot be executed. On some distributions it's still available as `7za` instead, so the user may have installed it...
