cpd.NonRigidCPD issue with swapping source and target

I have got two point clouds pc1 and pc2 that when I register pc1 by cpd.NonRigidCPD onto pc2 it works very good. but if I swap their tag as source and target the results is strange. any idea? Screenshot from 2022-11-28 09-26-07
