Adding branch_lengths table to outputs

Hi all, Just wondering if it would be possible to add the branch_lengths table that is generated in the Augur/Nextstrain version of Tree Time as an additional output in the stand-alone python version? Having a table that gives the branch lengths, clock lengths and mutation lenghts all together is very helpful! Thanks for the great tool, Carmen Lia

We could add columns divergence, 'mutation_length, and clock_lengthto thedates.tsv` (and rename the file). I'll think about it!
