Add typings?

- **ev3dev version:** (using a online simulator) - **ev3dev-lang-python version:** `2.1.0.post1` It would be nice to include typings in the library to enable better linting, autocompletion and in-editor documentation.

Close this if I'm wrong, but I think qt just added the user-defined repositories menu back in the installer, so does that mean we can use QtSdkRepoChooser again? 

Semantic highlighting support

Semantic highlighting was released in the LSP 3.16 spec. If it could be implemented in the long run, would be great
