AWS Linux 2 - root account is locked.

@chandanchowdhury I found the problem to be with `1.1.11`, `1.1.12`, or `1.1.13`

Creates 20+ temp files and doesn't delete them.

Specifying the full path to `racer` fixes the issue for me.

Plugin does not work if Proxy has self signed SSL cerificate
