Weird, I would like to hear from other RFM95 SX1278 users if they have such issues. I never heard of the chip only supporting 17dBm. Does it initialize correctly once...

So, would simply adding a check to set 17dBm if 17 < txpower < 20 is requested, resolve the issue?
