Python 3 Support

I've taken the liberty of updating the plugin to work with Python 3. I tested it in the latest development branch and everything seems to function as advertised. I did not do any real in-depth testing, just enough to confirm that the plugin worked correctly for a few different x86 instructions.

I don't feel like making a pull request, so I uploaded the updated plugin here for anyone that wants it, or if you'd like to use it to rebase the plugin and update the published repo.

Thank you for making it to being with, it's incredibly convenient. 🙂
