convert to PySide and Plugin Manager?

I'd love to see this plugin and the other associated plugins be updated to support the new plugin manager (easy change: https://binary.ninja/2019/07/04/plugin-manager-2.0.html) and the new UI plugin format (more work, but hopefully relatively easily since it's basically pyqt -> pyside and simplifies the installation process fo the plugin).

Is there any interest on ya'll side to update them?
