For the moment I am focusing on semantics rather than strict asm.js validation. I did change how fround an imul were bound, however, to match the spec.

@flagxor - thinking about this, should it be a git submodule or a pinned hash, ala LLVM? If it's a pinned hash, it would be easier to modulate between downloading...
