Switching from Django UnitTest to pytest-django results in : Database access not allowed, use the "django_db" mark, or the "db" or "transactional_db" fixtures to enable it.

Looking at the stack trace, I think what's happening is that as pytest tries to run `from Platform.tests.graphql.mutation.base import MutationBaseTestCase` in `test_announcement.py`, something in that import statement is trying access...
