Supporting Scopes for AspNetCore provider

Is there a plan to support [Log Scopes](https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/aspnet/core/fundamentals/logging/?view=aspnetcore-3.1#log-scopes) for `SumoLog.Logging.AspNetCore` provider? Currently `BeginScope` just returns null https://github.com/SumoLogic/sumologic-net-appenders/blob/master/SumoLogic.Logging.AspNetCore/Logger.cs#L46-L49 Update: I just saw this PR: https://github.com/SumoLogic/sumologic-net-appenders/pull/85 so I assume yes the answer...
