@lyinch In fact, there is a method in `utils` for get the engine version. Take a look at the PR: https://github.com/cocos2d/cocos2d-console/pull/343 After all, thanks for your contribution.

In fact, `local.properties` & `build.xml` are auto generated when building the project with `cocos compile` command.
