birdent_verify_segments --> integration with underlying formatted results

Added new (beta) birdnet_verify_segments function: https://github.com/nationalparkservice/NSNSDAcoustics/blob/main/R/birdnet_verify_segments.R On the radar is a workflow/function to seamlessly integrate verified segments with underlying _formatted_ csv results.
