We should be able to use an app existing tick loop rather than creating a new one.
We need to get testing running inside real browsers (possibly using phantom mocha or even karma). This will prevent issues like #1 in the future.
Currently the caching system is coupled to the compiler in the development branch. This should be completely separate to make it more flexible.
