add better className to avoid clashes with other css classes

Integrating Leaflet.Control.Opacity with SideBySide widget we found name clashes; this PR fix the problem.

Add direct dependencies control.

Reduce explicit dependencies and manage them internally to improve degrees of freedom (specify our servers and so on)

Add dev suffix (date and hash) to nightly build library version.

The __version__ variable is not alligned with the package version, we want to align them.
