According to [netty/netty#15161](https://github.com/netty/netty/issues/15161), this remaining warning is expected. I'm not sure if a fix can be provided in Reactor Netty or if the warnings should be ignored here.

I just want to add that this is blocking support for Python 3.13. NumPy 1.26.4 limits support to Python
