[resquiggle] Most of my reads are unsuccessful bc "extends beyond bandwidth"

When resquiggling my reads, about 60 % fail with the error Read event to sequence alignment extends beyond bandwidth. If I understood correctly this depends on the length of the reads and I can change the bandwidths with a parameter. However, nowhere in the documentation I could find what appropriate values for the bandwidth would be.

Does anyone know how I could fix this issue?

Tombo is deprecated. I would highly recommend moving your pipeline to the Remora signal analysis API.

I know, nonetheless, I wanted to use Deep Signal Plant which relies on Tombos preproccessing and resquiggle. By now, Deep Signal 3 is on the horizon, though, which doesn't need Tombo anymore.
