tombo resquiggle for r10 data

Hi, Thank you very much for this very useful tool. I am very interested in this tool.

I just would like to know whether tombo can be used for nanopore r10.3 data, like preprocess and resuqiggle function.

I also used the R10.3 flowcell. The whole process went without errors except for resquiggle. As a result, the subsequent process results also did not give me useful results. It is unclear whether this is an effect due to the flowcell version. I'm also waiting for a response from the developers.
