Resquiggle job goes into D state and gets stuck there

Hi,

I am using tombo for my direct RNA library, and the command gets 'D' state and does not proceed.

My command line is:

tombo resquiggle --rna home/fast5/ home/genomes.fa --processes 12 --ignore-read-locks
[18:25:51] Loading minimap2 reference.
[18:25:51] Getting file list.

I am waiting for 10 minutes now but nothing is happening on the terminal.

I would appreciate some input. Thanks
