Hello! We all know that nanopore detects the current which is composed of 5 bases of RNA. So i want to know what the base in this table(fast5file/Analyses/RawGenomeCorrected_000/BaseCalled_template/Events) which is produced from tombo-resquiggle stands for? Thanks! image
