mod_kit 0.4.5

Previously, modkit version 0.4.2 ran this analysis without any issues. However, after updating to version 0.4.5, the same analysis fails with a "truncated tabix record" error. Could this be due to an outdated or incompatible version of tabix?

Hello @Tang-pro,

The tabix backend hasn't changed between those two versions. What's likely is that the previous version was actually just ignoring the error. Could you check send me the logs from both runs?
