Add additional measures of heterogeneity / entropy

Could you add some additional measures of read heterogeneity ala "metheor"? I'm in most need of Proportion of discordant reads (PDR), as it is a measure of epigenetic erosion. The other measures are all somewhat captured by modkit's "entropy" method, but PDR is not easily calculated outside of bisulfite-converted read pipelines. I'd rather stick with using my modified bams.

I'm willing to do some testing on betas.

Yeah I can look into adding that feature. It might be a few weeks since I'm slammed getting ready for our London Calling conference. I've also got some updates to entropy coming, so I'll keep you posted.
