Dear nanoporetech team, thank you very much for an inspiring tool which seems to work fine. Not sure if this is an issue or rather feature request: What is the best way to handle barcoded data with katuali? For technical reasons, we currently do base calling after sequencing not during. I might add guppy params to the config to do de-barcoding (eg. --barcode_kits EXP-NBD104) but how do I tell katuali to run assembly and polishing for each barcode separately?
