Additional poly(A) feature tags

Dear Nanopore Team,

I enjoy Dorado and its' poly(A) features. I started to use them frequently, thus I have some suggestions. I think it would be great if you would be able to provide additional features, especially given that the nanopolish does not work for R004 chemistry.

Please consider the following:

1. providing the positional indices (start-end) of poly(A) tail within the signal
2. quality tag for poly(A) tail prediction (something similar to nanopolish qc tags).

The following would be great for downstream applications.

Hi @rugilemat, I am using pysam to extract the info of interest. Not only pt tag.

Dorado 1.0.0 outputs an additional pa tag which is an array containing:

• PolyA anchor search position
• PolyA region start sample
• PolyA region end sample
• Secondary PolyA region start sample (plasmids)
• Secondary PolyA region end sample (plasmids)
