Wrong installation Guide env name

For everyone wondering,

the las step of creating the conda environment fails, beacuse the readme contains a typo:

it should be conda activate pore-c-snakemake not conda activate pore_c_snakemake . The env name is specified in the environment.yml file.

And also cd Pore-C-Snakemake, not pore-C-Snakemake.
