Paired_end

From the community post (https://community.nanoporetech.com/posts/assembly-of-oryza-sativa), I noticed that in Fig. 1 Pore-C could produce pseudo paired-end fastq after generating the contact map. I wonder if this function still exists?

I wish to use the scaffolder hicstuff and instaGRAAL but they would only accept paired-end reads.
