[Feature] line3D增加数据选取缩放

### What problem does this feature solve? 目前数据选取缩放只支持直角坐标系，但是line3D还是很有必要的 ### What does the proposed API look like? 比如可以control + 点击进行选区，与目前点击旋转也就不会冲突
