hello i have this error in my container

Exception while creating PDO object:SQLSTATE[HY000] [2054] Server sent charset (0) unknown to the client. Please, report to the developers

i stop and start mariaDB and ttrss container

the mariaDB start the ttrss stop immediatly after the start with this error
