The type annotations fort the context parameter https://github.com/Azure/azure-functions-nodejs-worker/blob/1b517a73117a99b0d58f050dcccb9f89709adac4/types/index.d.ts#L40-L94 and the req parameter https://github.com/Azure/azure-functions-nodejs-worker/blob/1b517a73117a99b0d58f050dcccb9f89709adac4/types/index.d.ts#L151-L192 are very superficial. I'd need to do more debugging to really inspect the prototype...
