Add a Lock pitch to the oscillators

There's a lock on the wave, and a lock on the instrument (which will affect both osc and wave) but no lock for the oscillators. Maybe there should be one,...

Some useful commands that could be added.

Commands for: -FM wave setting, to change which wave is used as modulator on the fly. -FM envelopes. It would be cool to be able to change the envelope times...

Turning the Buzz option on turns off any FM settings you might have.

Exporting to wav while song is playing introduces artifacts in the wav file

load up a song, press play, select export to wav. Open that wav and enjoy the glitchy skipping result. Instant glitch pop!

I"m not quite sure what happens here, and I while I can reproduce this fairly easily, I'm not certain of the actual steps or what the cause is. Basicaly open...

Channel panning effects will stop and everything will revert to mono if you add/remove a channel while the song is playing.
