Well, it looks like the "Prevent player elements from getting focus" started failing as well. Sucks...This was probably the most unique feature of Maia and worked around this horrible design...

I see there's a webextension version. Does auto update work for this?

Never mind. It doesn't seem to be installable.

Actually I think this happens most of the time. Here's an example when ~everything's highlighted: 

It seems to happen when I click on any element of the player or the video itself and move the mouse, while holding. (aka my hand slips when I click)...
