I have the same issue on a steam deck using bazzite. The download speed appears to be capped at around 1.5 MB/s. My normal speed is around 150MB/s

Fixed after a restart Edit: it appears the issue still appears after restart, but only if downloading over WiFi. When downloading over a LAN cable I get the full speed....
