I just edited the workaround (in typescript) from @LukasKnuthImagineOn to use the `tsconfig.json` values if given, and only if `resolveJsonModule` is set , but yes, seeing `gulp-typescript` handling JSON files...

It would have been such a pleasure if only I knew Rust a bit... 😅 Let's hope a rust coder having the skills will be interested in sending a PR......
