This is still an issue, I'm using `atom-typescript`, `linter`, `linter-tslint` & `linter-ui-default`. It's hard to reproduce, but seems to have to do with multiple panes, and only restarting Atom will...

I have a similar issue with `linter-tslint`. 

I think this is related: https://github.com/steelbrain/linter-ui-default/issues/381

This happened after I added a 3 empty lines above somewhere, which is not allowed in my tslint.config, and then removing those lines again.
