Seems, that packages were excluded until they can be built with ghc 8. I'll create pull request.

@flip111, it's strange lts-6.0 have [simple-log-0.4.0](https://www.stackage.org/lts-6.0/package/simple-log-0.4.0) Maybe add it as extra-deps?
