Item Database: Barronite Mace (l) missing equipment requirements.

Barronite Mace (l), item id: `25643` has no requirements dict in both the item-weapon.json or the items-complete.json. But according to the [wiki](https://oldschool.runescape.wiki/w/Barronite_mace#Locked) it needs 40 attack to wield.
