bump I don't understand why we have to use `push!(BinDeps.defaults, BuildProcess)` on windows, see e.g. `ImageMagick`? why can't the default include `BuildProcess` on Windows?

I opened a pr to change the default, however seems unlikely to be accepted, so the manual force seems like the only solution in this case. A cleaner solution should...

There are no tests, so the error is s correct.

I think this can be closed now? Try a `Pkg.update` . The bug in `LibExpat` was recently fixed.

Looks like an unrelated issue, perhaps open a new issue if still encountering that different error, but this one I believe is now fixed.
