Perhaps it would be advisable to set defaualt presets as `latest,stage-0,react` (or `latest,stage-1,react`). We have `es2015,react` default presets, but why? Why not `es2015,es2016` (current year) or `latest`? I propose to...

Add harmony flag by default. It would be nice if plugin would have optinos with ability to set or unset harmony flag.
