NCIT has [NCIT_C165210 aka Data Custodian](https://www.ebi.ac.uk/ols4/ontologies/ncit/classes/http%253A%252F%252Fpurl.obolibrary.org%252Fobo%252FNCIT_C165210). I think this could be adapted into a subclass of [responsible party role](http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/OBI_0000102). This is useful for representing data derived from research projects.
