I manage the meetings calendar, but I'm not actually involved with the video recording or upload process. @SergeyKanzhelev can you assist?
I'm also supportive, though as @jpkrohling points out, we need a mechanism for appointing community managers (I assume that there will be more than one)
I doubt that any one person did this, more likely some kind of bug or automated process. In the last two weeks, a number of series have vanished once each...
Thanks for the updates. @SergeyKanzhelev mentioned that Kubernetes was able to get their own GSuite organization, which makes managing the calendar somewhat easier. Apparently they were running into some kind...
I don't understand either :( I've started migrating some Zoom meetings back to the old instant meetings format, though there will be one or two left on the single Zoom...

Hey there! We used to upload the SIG recordings manually, which was very tedious but gave use the opportunity to name each one. Unfortunately this also consumed a few hours...
Interesting, we're also using Splain on their recommendation. I wonder if they have one Zoom account for each SIG and thus can just name the uploads after the Zoom account...
@SergeyKanzhelev do you know why this could be happening? I don't know much about how the video uploads work :(
